Description
Good for:
- Families who want a follow-me companion that can carry things and film the outing
- Outdoor walks and camping — it tows a cart and its back panel mounts a camera
- Buyers who want an AI pet with real all-terrain mobility (18 cm stairs, 30° slopes)
Not for:
- Wet work: the SuperDog is rated only IPX2, so it is not a rain-or-puddles machine
- Long continuous outings on one charge (the official endurance figure is 1.5 hours)
- Buyers who need the developer EDU edition — VBOT does not sell it on its official site yet; this is the consumer model
- Buyers who need a firm published price before enquiring
What a quote includes:
Your chosen configuration (Standard or Flagship — VBOT lists both on its product page but does not publish how they differ, so the quote confirms the differences and current prices before you commit), your colour (Cloud White or Ink Black), the standard box contents as confirmed with VBOT (not published on its site), plus freight and duties as one landed total, confirmed by email before any payment.
Delivery, total cost & warranty:
Ships from China. The SuperDog’s 380 Wh battery is far above passenger-air limits, so it travels by DG air cargo or sea freight; your quote states the routing, packaging and the landed total for your country before any payment. Warranty terms are the manufacturer’s and are confirmed in your quote — VBOT does not publish them on its official website. Companion features run on VBOT’s app and cloud large model; your quote confirms which AI services are active in your country.
Product FAQ:
Q: Does it really need no remote control? A: That is VBOT’s core claim: the dog wakes when called, follows its person and returns to its charging dock by itself on low battery. App and remote interaction are also supported.
Q: How long does the battery last? A: VBOT’s official specification table states 1.5 hours of endurance and about 1 hour to recharge (380 Wh, DC charging). Some VBOT promotional graphics claim higher figures; we quote the specification table.
Q: What can it carry or tow? A: Up to 25 kg of payload and 75 kg of towing per the specification table. The back panel carries a standard 1/4-inch camera thread, a magnetic mount and a Type-C data interface, so it can work as a moving camera platform.
Q: Standard or Flagship — what is the difference? A: VBOT’s product page offers both configurations but does not publish their differences or prices. Your quote confirms both before you choose; we never guess a manufacturer’s configuration table.
Q: Is “SuperDog” its official name? A: The official Chinese name is 超能机器狗. VBOT has not published an official English product name; “SuperDog” is the English rendering used for this listing.
Q: Is it waterproof? A: No — it is rated IPX2 (dripping-water protection only). Keep it out of rain and standing water.
