Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, PupRobot ships robot dogs and robots from China to customers worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product, destination and shipping method. In-stock buy-now items ship fastest; quote-only, enterprise and humanoid models are made or allocated to order and may take several weeks. We confirm the lead time before you pay.

How do robots with lithium batteries ship?

Products with lithium batteries, like the Unitree Go2 at about 15 kg with about 237 Wh of batteries, cannot always fly as standard air cargo. They often ship by DG (dangerous goods) or sea freight, so lead times are longer — check the product page or your quote for the current estimate.

What is the difference between DDP and DAP?

DDP means duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay where DDP is available for your destination. We confirm in your quote whether DDP applies before you pay. With DAP, the buyer pays destination duties and taxes on import. Please confirm which basis applies before ordering.

How does ordering and payment work?

Every order is confirmed by email with the final total before any payment is taken. Checkout takes no payment today; you pay only after we confirm the configuration, shipping and, where DDP is available for your destination, duties.

How long is the warranty?

Warranty follows the manufacturer’s terms for each model — for example, the Unitree Go2 Air is 6 months and the Go2 Pro is 12 months, as stated by the manufacturer. PupRobot helps coordinate warranty claims by email at [email protected]. PupRobot Care extended warranty is not currently offered for sale.

What support do you provide?

We provide remote support for setup and troubleshooting by email at [email protected], and warranty claims are handled with the manufacturer.
