Description
Good for: Hotels, car dealerships, retail and convenience stores (reception, guiding, smart retail); exhibition halls and venues; patrol and inspection rounds on campuses and facilities; embodied-AI service research and data collection.
Not for: Pure stage-dance fleets (the A3 is the dedicated performance model); industrial manipulation (hand grip load is 3 kg — heavier work belongs to the Genie series); buyers who need a published price.
What a quote includes: The exact configuration and box contents (AgiBot does not publish a packing list for the A3 Ultra), charging setup, any role/scene customisation, freight and duties as one landed total — confirmed by email before payment.
Delivery, total cost & warranty: Ships from China. Large humanoid and wheeled robots travel by sea freight or DG air cargo because of their size and battery capacity; the quote states the routing, crating and the landed total for your country. Warranty terms are the manufacturer’s and are confirmed in your quote.
Product FAQ:
Can it really work around the clock?
It combines up to 8 hours of endurance (mixed walking/standing test cycle) with two ways to refuel without staff: ~10-second battery swaps and autonomous charging — it drives to the charger and plugs itself in, which AgiBot pairs with an unattended-operations system.
What can the hands do?
The dexterous hands offer up to 20 active degrees of freedom at 1:1 human-hand size, open/close in 0.3 s, grip loads up to 3 kg, and sense touch with multimodal visual-tactile fingertip sensors (0.005 N force-control precision per AgiBot) — enough for cans, bottles, books and retail goods.
How does it navigate indoors and outdoors?
UWB and RTK fusion positioning gives centimetre-level accuracy with seamless indoor/outdoor switching, on top of the 360° LiDAR-and-camera perception system.
Can we adapt it to our business?
Yes — few-shot learning on AgiBot’s LinkSoul/LinkCraft platforms adapts roles and tasks, characters are freely customisable, and secondary development is supported.
