Description
Good for:
- Industrial and research teams evaluating a full-size humanoid platform with documented secondary development
- Sites that need the choice of legs (5) or long-endurance wheels (5-W, 8 h+) on a shared upper body
- Commercial guidance, outdoor patrol and service pilots
Not for:
- Buyers who need one fixed specification — compute is published as a wide range spanning options (see the FAQ), so your configuration must be pinned down in the quote
- Buyers who need published box contents or warranty terms — Leju publishes neither
- Buyers who need an off-the-shelf published price
What a quote includes:
Your chosen form (KUAVO 5 biped or KUAVO 5-W wheeled) and configuration — including the compute unit within the published range and the end effectors (two-finger gripper, four-finger gripper on 5-W, five-finger dexterous hand) — the standard box contents as confirmed with Leju (not published), plus freight and duties as one landed total, confirmed by email before any payment. Freight differs greatly between the 63.5 kg biped and the 245 kg wheeled form and is quoted per configuration.
Delivery, total cost & warranty:
Ships from China as freight; your quote confirms the routing and the landed total for your country and configuration before any payment. Warranty terms are not published by Leju and are confirmed in your quote.
Product FAQ
Q: What is the difference between the 5 and the 5-W?
A: The KUAVO 5 walks on two legs (41 DOF, ≥2 h endurance, 4 depth cameras + 3D LiDAR). The 5-W puts the same class of upper body on an omnidirectional wheeled base with a 0 mm turning radius (36 DOF, ≥8 h endurance, 3 depth cameras + 2D LiDAR) and a working height up to 2.6 m. Both figures are from Leju’s combined parameter table.
Q: Is the load capacity 5 kg or 20 kg?
A: Both are published, for different things: 5 kg is the maximum single-arm load; 20 kg is the whole-body maximum load stated in the feature panels. We label each rather than merge them.
Q: What does “100–2070 TOPS” mean?
A: Leju prints the biped’s compute as a range (100–2070 TOPS; the 5-W as 100–275 TOPS), evidently spanning its compute options. Your quote confirms the compute unit fitted to your configuration before you commit.
Q: What is the price?
A: Leju publishes no price for the KUAVO 5 series. Your quote confirms the current price and landed total.
