Pudu publishes no packing list and no standard warranty period (its Pudu Care plan is an optional paid extra whose coverage varies by model and region), so box contents and warranty are confirmed in your quote.

Q: How do guests open the compartments?
A: Per Pudu’s page, by password, phone number or NFC — the compartments are lockable, which is what makes the Max suited to unattended room delivery.

Q: Does it ride elevators by itself?
A: Pudu lists elevator IoT integration (naming KONE and OTIS); whether your building’s elevators are supported is confirmed during the quote/site survey.

Q: What is the price?
A: Pudu publishes no price for the FlashBot Max. Your quote confirms the current price and landed total.
