Description
Good for:
- Exhibition, performance and entertainment work — choreography, dance and group shows
- Interactive services, education and reception with a face screen and multimodal interaction
- Buyers who want the dexterous hand and cloud mocap platform bundled (Chuangzuo edition)
Not for:
- Developers who need a promised SDK — LimX’s Luna spec table publishes no SDK row (see the FAQ)
- Buyers who need depth cameras or LiDAR — the Luna’s published sensor set is an IMU and an RGB camera
- Buyers who need an off-the-shelf published price
What a quote includes:
The Luna in your chosen edition (Chuangxiang or Chuangzuo) — including its standard handheld remote, tablet, portable transport case and special-edition skin as marked standard in LimX’s table, one or two battery modules per the edition — the standard box contents as confirmed with LimX, plus freight and duties as one landed total, confirmed by email before any payment. Group control of 200+ units requires LimX’s optional content-development expansion kit (a tablet preloaded with LimX Studio); say in your request if you need multi-unit shows and the quote will include it.
Delivery, total cost & warranty:
Ships from China as freight (54 kg); your quote confirms the routing and the landed total for your country before any payment. Warranty follows LimX’s published after-sales policy — 12 months for the whole machine from receipt (wear parts excluded), key components extendable to 24 months on marked models, battery and charging system 6–12 months per the product page/contract; the applicable terms for your order are confirmed in the quote.
Product FAQ:
Q: What does the ¥50,000 on LimX’s page mean?
A: It is the stated value of the cloud motion-capture training platform credit bundled with the Chuangzuo edition (metered, top-up available) — a bundled-service value, not the robot’s price. LimX publishes no price for the Luna.
Q: What is the difference between the two editions?
A: Chuangxiang (创享版): five-finger dexterous hand optional, one battery module, cloud mocap platform optional. Chuangzuo (创作版): dexterous hand standard, two battery modules, cloud mocap platform bundled. Everything else in the published table is shared.
Q: Can I develop on the Luna?
A: Carefully: LimX’s Luna spec table publishes no secondary-development or SDK rows, and its FAQ answers the question by referring to a “standard edition” that does not exist in Luna’s table — while a Luna SDK guide does exist in LimX’s documents centre. We do not promise Luna development support; your quote confirms the current development scope with LimX.
Q: Can one controller really run 200 Lunas?
A: LimX states group control of 200+ units, unlocked with its optional content-development expansion kit (tablet with LimX Studio). The kit is a quote option, not part of the base robot.
